    • Metal stamping is well-suited for intricate, custom-detailed designs. Ideal for specific furniture glides and different from our standard glide hardware
  • Machining
    • CNC mills and lathes cut your custom parts with precision and accuracy
  • Welding & Assembly
    • Assembly, kitting, and packaging is available with our custom welding services
  • Wire Forming
    • Steel wire is bent into shapes to make parts like springs. Combined with spot welding we can also make wire baskets

Design Process for Special Order Components

We work with customers starting from an idea to develop a finished product using the following steps:

  1. Review the ultimate product(s), application(s), and requirements
  2. Determine possible solutions/products and evaluate the pros and cons to achieve optimal results
    1.  Possibly make prototypes for further evaluation
  3. Once the final solution/product is determined, drawings are developed, and final versions are approved
  4. First Article Samples and PPAP documentation if required are made, tested, and approved
  5. Adjustments made if necessary

First Article Samples and PPAP Documentation

Once final approval is made of First Article Samples and PPAP documentation, determination if a “Pilot Run” should be made before going into full production.

  • First Article Samples ensure the custom manufactured part works with your product
  • PPAP documentation reflects quality standards we adhere to for all our service projects
    • The complex PPAP process reflects design and engineering elements that verify production quality
  • Once products made on a “Pilot Run” are approved, we proceed into full production
