Custom Machinery Mount & Leveling Mount Configurations
Custom machinery mounts from Superior Components consist of a threaded stud or female nut assembled to a base. To level your industrial machinery, simply turn the male stud to adjust the leveling mount and align your unit on floors or other surfaces. Our leveling mounts are easy to install and typically thread into a mating receptacle attached to the bottom of a leg or base.
Leveling Mount Threaded Stud Options
To meet the needs of your industrial facility and machinery, we offer machinery mounts with an extensive range of threaded stud options. Thread sizes include:
- Imperial sizes, such as 10-32, 1/4-28, 5/16-24, 3/8-16, and others
- Metric sizes, such as M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M30, and others
Male threaded studs are available in sizes from 1/2" to 6”. They are typically manufactured from zinc-plated steel, 302 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel. Other materials may be available upon request.
Base Styles for Machinery Mounts
Most base styles are available in swivel and non-swivel versions. Swivel levelers allow the stud to swivel up to 15+ degrees from 90 degrees perpendicular to the flat bottom of the base in any direction. Machinery mount bases can be made from several materials to meet the needs of your machinery mount assembly. Your best material option could include:
- Zinc-plated steel
- Stainless steel
- Delrin POM
- Glass-filled nylon plastic with a non-skid option
