Tack Glides and Tap In Glides

We offer a wide selection of Tack Glides and Tap In Glides from stock. Tack Glides and Tap In Glides are an economical solution to adding Glides/Feet to any wooden surface to rest on surfaces, usually a floor. They have a steel nail molded into a plastic base or attached to a metal base that extends from the base to typically “nail into” a wooden surface such as a wood leg. Some tack glides have annular rings on the nail for extra holding power in wood. Tap In Glides have a 0.35” OD round X 3/18” tall thin steel tap in ring molded into a plastic platform that offers excellent holding power in wood. They usually are used on Felt Base Tap In Glides.

Theses Glides are available in Plain, Cushioned and Monaco Swivel Styles with Base Materials of Stainless Steel and Nickel Plated Steel Metal Bases, HDPE, High Density Polyethylene and Nylon Plastic Bases; TPR, Thermoplastic Rubber Non-Skid Bases and Felt Bases.

They are available in a wide variety of round and rectangular base diameters from 1/2” to 2” OD.
